Telephone bids are accepted on any lot Providing that the Telephone Bidder Agrees to the Following Terms & Conditions:
-All Items Sold As Is Where Is. No Refunds or Chargebacks Allowed
-There is a $50 Minimum Per Lot on All Phone Bids
-Buyer's Premium on Phone Bids is 18%
-Bidder's Credit Card will be Authorized (NOT Charged...Just Authorized) for $250 to Prove they are a Good Faith Bidder with a Valid Credit Card.
All telephone bid request forms must be received
by Pioneer Antique Auction no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific standard
time) two days before the auction. You can also call us to Schedule Telephone bids at: (503) 496-0303. All information boxes
on the telephone bid form must be completed, including telephone
number. We accept Visa and Mastercard. On receipt
of this form, we will call you for payment information. We must
be able to reach you by telephone BEFORE the auction to Verify Payment information or we will
not be able to accept your Telephone Bid(s). If we cannot Reach you During the Auction via Telephone, all bids will be cancelled & a $100 Breach of Contract Fee will be Charged.
Please keep in mind when making a telephone
bid, that a buyer's premium of 18% will be added to your bid amount.
By making a telephone bid, you agree to buy the item bid on in
the amount of your bid amount (plus buyer's premium) and your
credit card will be promptly charged for your purchase.
