Absentee bids are accepted on any lot included in
our auctions. To be considered, absentee bids via this form must be received
by Pioneer Auction Gallery no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific standard
time) the day before the auction. Note: Absentee bids BY PHONE are accepted up until 3pm, PST on auction day. Call us at (503) 496-0303 to place a bid. All information boxes
on the absentee bid form must be completed, including telephone
number. We accept Visa and Mastercard. On receipt
of this form, we will call you for payment information. We must
be able to reach you by telephone before the auction or we will
not be able to accept your absentee bid.
-Bid in $5 Increments Only - For example, Bid $75, not $78
-Place Reasonable Bids - For Example Bids of $20 on An item Valued at $100 Will Not Be Accepted. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Any Bid.
-Items Won Must be Either Picked up or Shipping Arrangements Made the Day After the Auction.
When bidding your absentee bid for you, we will
open bidding at the lowest possible amount and will increase the
amount we bid for you only as necessary and only in the minimum
amount necessary. Our policy is to attempt to buy the item for
you at the lowest amount possible. Naturally, we will stop bidding
for you at the maximum amount of your bid.
Please keep in mind when leaving an absentee bid,
that a buyer's premium of 10% will be added to your bid amount
and that the bid amount you insert on the form does not include
the buyer's premium. By leaving an absentee bid, you agree to
buy the item bid on up to the amount of your bid amount (plus
buyer's premium) and your credit card will be promptly charged
for your purchase.
