Pioneer Auction Gallery is Located in Milwaukie, Oregon (Just South of Portland). We are a local, privately owned business that has been conducting auctions in the Portland, Oregon area Since 1994.

Cindy Smith - Cindy has been Buying, Selling & Collecting Antiques & Collectibles for over 20 years. She also operated the "CollectorMania Show & Sale" - Portland's Premiere Toy, Movie & Pop Culture Collectibles show for many years. Cindy is our Internet Specialist Here, Handles all Marketing & Manages Our Website. Cindy also has many years of Radio Broadcasting Experience & Auctioneers for us as well.

Betsy Clester - Betsy is Our Estate Liquidation Specialist Here with Several Years Experience Bringing our Clients Top Dollar via our Different Sales Venues - Antique Auctions, Estate Auctions & eBay Auctions. She Manages Auction Set-Up, Staging & always makes our Auctions 'Flow' Smoothly. Betsy has also helped many a frazzled client...from people Moving, Downsizing or those that have lost a Loved one.

We offer internet - absentee and telephone bidding for bidders who are unable to attend our auctions in person. We can arrange shipping to your destination.

Most merchandise sold at our auctions is on consignment. If you are interested in consigning with us please call or email us. Our standard commission rates range from 10% to 50% per lot sold. Commissions are based on the sales price of each lot sold.

We work with lawyers, accountants, executers and personal representatives in the disposition of larger and smaller estates plus single items. We can expertly and quickly move the entire contents of a home to our facility in order to accommodate your needs.

Under certain circumstances, we can offer cash advances upon the consignment and receipt of the estate or private collection. Consignors are paid within seven business days after each auction. Stacey worked our October, 2006 Auction & met many of you. Either later that night, or the next Morning, she had a Brain Aneurysm & passed away very suddenly. She was Cindy's Best Friend for over 10 years & like a member of our family. Special items are auctioned regularly 'For Stacey' in Rememberance of her. All Proceeds are donated to a trust fund for her 2 Sons - Skyler, 15 & Justin, 4.
